Heather has over seven years of experience managing projects ranging in a variety of scales and uses. Her work focuses on committing to details that make each project’s environment unique and meaningful to the community using the space. Projects include a new YMCA Community Center in Lincoln, RI; a renovation and addition to the Swift Community Center of East Greenwich, RI; and a historic mill renovation for mixed-use commercial for the Hope Artists Village in Pawtucket, RI. Prior to joining a i designs in 2007, Heather worked in Fairbanks, Alaska, on a variety of projects including various work for the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital including the Outpatient Imaging Center (2006 AIA Alaska Merit Award & the 2007 VISTA award); new main branch building for the Mt. McKinley bank; and a sanctuary addition to the Unitarian Universalist Fellowship church.

Heather holds a Master of Architecture degree and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture degree from the University of Idaho. Born in Sitka, Alaska, she now lives in Rhode Island with her husband and two sons. Her interests include travel, photography and reading.
