Currently Under Construction
550,000 SF Mill Renovation into a mixed use artist village including manufacturing, live-work, residential, and office space, music studios and an indoor mall. Prepared Historic Preservation Certification drawings which required the documentation of the 5 + building complex.
Hanora Lippitt Manor, Woonsocket, RI
Completed Spring 2007
Facade Repair, Window Replacement and Canopy addition. Worked with the Rhode Island Preservation Commission to choose appropriate window replacement and paint colors.
Rogers Free Library Renovation and Addition, Bristol, RI
Completed 2008
Renovation of existing Library and 26,000 SF Addition to Historic Library Building in the heart of the Bristol Historic District. Worked with the Bristol Historic District Committee and the Rhode Island Preservation Commission to design a historically sensitive addition.
Pawtucket Family YMCA, Pawtucket, RI
Completed 2006
Complete 84,000 SF, 5 Story Interior Renovation of Pawtucket?s Historic YMCA. Worked with the existing building fabric to create a modern state of the art fitness and recreation facility, while restoring the lobby and grand stair to their original splendor.
Roosevelt Avenue Community Housing, Pawtucket, RI
Completed 2005
11,600 SF Mill conversion into elderly efficiencies. Worked with existing structure to produce 16 small, functional, and energy efficient elderly apartments.
Woman's Development, Providence, RI
Completed 1992
Restoration and Conversion of 15 historic houses surrounding Brigham Street on the West End of Providence into 45 low-income housing units.
