52,000 SF 2 Story full service facility with indoor pool, full gym, 7,000 SF fitness center, cross courts, 2 volleyball courts, 2 studios, 2 multipurpose rooms and an administration room. Extensive site work was required, with the entrance of facility on upper level, taking advantage of site grade. New parking and traffic work integrated this facility with existing McColl complex.
Pawtucket Family YMCA/ Pawtucket, RI

85,000 SF, 5 Story Complete Interior Renovation of Pawtucket's Historic YMCA Building. Worked with the existing building fabric to create a modern state of the art fitness and recreation facility, including a basketball court, racquetball courts, climbing wall, locker rooms, and fitness areas.
